This beautiful custom stained cherry and painted maple kitchen has many interesting details.  The cherry cabinets with camphor burl recessed panel doors add beauty and richness to this unique kitchen .  Custom spiral posts were created to conceal spice storage. Where once there was an exterior wall, Cyr Woodworking created two tall storage units with seedy glass to store china and stemware.  The kitchen's center island creates a nice cooking area as well as a breakfast bar.

This 43'-0" diameter silo kitchen was an exciting challenge for Cyr Woodworking Inc.  To accomodate both cooks in the family, the kitchen was equipped with two of everything.  His and her sinks, dishwashers, ovens, gas cooktops, glass door refrigerators, and separate freezers.  The circular island has a lazy susan spice rack to allow spices to be rotated back and forth between both cooks.  The perimeter cabinets are mahogany with 3" thick stainless steel countertops and intregral, custom stainless steel sinks.  The island cabinets have a 3" thick solid mahogany butcher block top arranged in a sun burst pattern.  The elevated breakfast counter is custom colored concrete. 

This beautiful mahogany kitchen has 1" thick shaker style cabinet doors with 3" wide stiles and rails.  The spice rack is recessed into what would have been wasted space in the side of the corner oven cabinet.  The built-in hutch has mullion doors with seedy glass.  A retractable beadboard appliance garage neatly conceals all small counter top applainces.  On the back of the peninsula wall, an alcove was created to house a lap top computer, printer, and telephone.  The many accessories include recycling bins, built-in file drawers and roll-out trays.  A matching stereo cabinet was built and installed in the family room, which is open to the kitchen.

Natural cherry kitchen cabinets with dark green crackle paint accents.  The counter tops and sinks are honed soap stone.  Special features include curved soffits, raised panel wainscot, built-in secretary cabinet, glass door china cabinet, matching appliance panels, pull-out pantry, raised dishwasher, and much more.

Painted and glazed maple kitchen cabinets with natural maple interiors.  Counter tops have two layers of Corian Antarctica with a center layer of Corian Rosetta.  The island counter is Aquarius Granite with an ogee edge detail.  Special features include a decorative hood above the cook top.  The hood had open shelves for display, and is embellished with carved grape onlays.  The decorative bottom panel tilts outward to engage the fan and lights.  The corner wall cabinet extends to the counter with two doors, that when closed, conceal the counter top appliances.  Other features include wicker vegetable baskets, custom cutlery dividers, tray storage, glass door china cabinet, and a round maple kitchen table.
